Losing weight is personal, and some of what you share with us is health information. This page explains in plain English what we collect, why, who can see it, and the choices you have. Last updated 30 July 2026.
Your account: your name, email address or mobile number, and — if you book appointments or order a kit — your address and postcode.
Your quiz answers: your goal, age, weight, height, and any medical conditions or medication you choose to tell us about. You can take the quiz anonymously; answers are only linked to you if you create an account.
Your progress: if you use the progress tracker, your daily weigh-ins, notes and progress photos.
Bookings and requests: appointment details, preferred times, and anything you add in the notes.
To check the programme is suitable and safe for you, to match you with a nurse covering your area, to deliver your kit, and to let you track your own progress. That's it.
We only use your health information — age, weight, height, medical conditions — with your consent, for suitability and safety. We never use it for marketing, and we never sell or rent any of your information to anyone.
Progress photos are private to your account. They are stored outside the public part of our website and can only be viewed when you are logged in. They are not shared with nurses, staff or anyone else, and they never appear anywhere on the site.
Your nurse sees your name, address and booking details, plus what's needed to look after you at your appointments.
Our team sees what's needed to run the service — checking suitability, arranging deliveries, managing bookings.
Nobody else. We don't pass your details to advertisers or data brokers, full stop.
Kits arrive in plain packaging. Nothing on the parcel, the doorstep or the paperwork says what's inside or who it's from. Nurse appointments are booked as ordinary home visits.
Your information is held on our own server and sent over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). We use one essential cookie to keep you logged in — no tracking cookies, no advertising cookies, no analytics trackers.
We keep your information while your account is active. Ask us to delete your account and we'll remove your details, progress history and photos.
Under UK data protection law (UK GDPR), you can ask us at any time for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Just get in touch and we'll sort it.
If you're ever unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
